You can achieve this workflow in Odoo by setting up automated transfer operations through the Manufacturing module. Create an automated action to trigger transfers from the Raw Material Warehouse to the Production Warehouse upon creating a Manufacturing Order, and a second action to transfer from Production to Finished Goods once production is complete, allowing responsible personnel to validate each step.

In your production WH, select Manufacture in 3 steps manufacturing ( Pick components, manufacture and then store products (3 steps).

Inventory > Configuration > Warehouses

After enabling, navigate to the routes Inventory > Configuration > Routes

On the 3 step manufacturing route, modify the rules

1 Pull from Source location - Raw material WH/Stock destination Production WH/ Pre-production

2 Push to source location Production WH/ Post-production destination location Finished Goods WH/Stock

1. you have the three warehouses: Raw Material, Production, and Finished Goods, already configured.
2. Manufacturing flow > 

Add Pull Rules for:

• Raw Material to Production Warehouse: Configure it to move raw materials to the production warehouse when a Manufacturing Order (MO) is confirmed.
• Production to Finished Goods Warehouse: Configure it to move finished goods to the Finished Goods warehouse when the production is done.

3 Set up the Push Rules to notify the person responsible for each transfer 

4 After that > the Raw Material Warehouse to the Production Warehouse. The responsible person will be notified to validate this operation. > the Production Warehouse to the Finished Goods Warehouse. The person responsible will validate it.
