I am working in v 17.4. I am curious if anyone has built a tool to either monitor and search certain keywords on social media OR if you have created a tool to monitor for certain keywords in online news articles, whether print media or broadcast media.
If so (or if this concept intrigues you enough to have an opinion about it), how did/would you do it?
