I am using Marketing Automation in Odoo 12. I am running one Email Campaign on Leads. My issue is, after running campaign, replied % is not count on my Email Activity. I have set incoming server and it fetch email properly and I have also make sure that in email, i have sent proper email address as reply to, which I have configured as Incoming Email. 
I notice one strange thing. I have tried with set "Create New Record : Lead" in incoming email. After doing it, Replied % counts on Email Activity. But issue is, its always generate a new record of CRM Lead. If I am tring without set "Create New Record" in incoming email server and tring to fetch mail, I have got "No route found for from email and to email".
So, is there any way to track email replies without create a new record of CRM Lead. I think, there must be a way.
