I am using my own email servers.  I have changed the From address in my email template to a specific address (support@example.com) instead of a derived one.

Now, when I send an email using this template, the client only sees the address in their "from" name.  How do I set it up so that "Company Support" shows up as the displayed name instead of just the email address?
