Hii,
check your model 
Go to Odoo → Settings → Technical → Models

search your model and check the Email_Name filed is exists

Correct the field name in the email template

  • Go to Settings → Technical → Email → Templates
  • Open the template you're using
  • In the body or subject check the filed name is correct or not 

and also check character is upper case or not 

if filed not exists then first make it
