Make sure your Costing Method for the Product/Product Category is not set to Standard Cost or Average Cost.

Landed Costs are applied only when the Costing Method is "First in First Out (FIFO)" and the Inventory Valuation method should be "Automated" according to the documentation:

https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/13.0/inventory/routes/costing/landed_costs.html

yes i've made it like that

im tested before on odoo 12 working good no problems >>

The cost displayed on Product template does not reflect the actual cost in this scenario. Try processing a sale and check the cost of the product delivered to the customer. It should include the proportionate landed cost.

only show purchasing cost without landed cost value >>

Hi Amr:

Just tested it on Odoo 13 and it seems to be working. However, there are some subtle changes.

Landed Cost Types has been removed from the Inventory > Configuration menu - probably because they are set up as a Product with an attribute of "Is a Landed Cost" (Accounting tab on Product Template).

The Vendor Bill should be posted only after the Landed Cost is validated. If you post the Vendor Bill before validating the Landed Cost, the system raises an error and prevents the validation of the landed cost. Not sure why this check has been added in 13.
