Please help me to out, Is there any module/configuration available for pay Event tickets?
Ex,
Website -> Events
User register in "XYZ event" and its price is 30$. So, the user can register without any payment of value.

For any kind of payment, you need to install payment integration modules like paypal and odoo provide free paypal module.
after installing the module go to the
website admin -> config - > payment acquire -> paypal > configure -> click on publish on website button.
configure you payment logins and payment option will appear in website option.
