   Is there any possible way to make field invisble in admin and view in other users........please help me...... Thanks in advance.....

HI,

It is possible. But for that you have to give more details in your question. Based on value of another field we can make any field invisible.

For ex. If your logged user is admin then you can get uid=1 in any XML view. So, you can set default vallue in any field and set "attrs" into another field to make it invisible.

I will give you exact solution if more details is there in question.

i need a boolean field active1(user defined) in customer form view to be invisible for admin and it will be visible for employee...
