I´m trying import my clients and when I click Import Odoo send me this error message "El archivo contiene errores de bloqueo (ver a continuación)

Para indicar explícitamente que no hay IVA (válido), utilice “/” en su lugar. en varias filas" but i included "/" on the blank space.

Anyone has this issue?

Hi,

The error means Odoo expects a value in the Tax column. If there is no VAT for a customer, you must put / instead of leaving it blank. Make sure there are no extra spaces (e.g., " / " or empty).
