Hello. First, you should pre-define an email template where you tell the system to attach a custom report (see examples in Settings -> Email -> Templates, when you open a template there is Advanced settings and  Optional report to print and attach, so define the report that you need to attach )

After you pre-define an email template, Open Partner form, Press a button Send a message and Choose that Email template.
