Is it possible to display logged calls or meetings under the lead without having to go to logged or scheduled calls area?
I would like my team to look at the lead and see when the last time they called or the last time they had a meeting without having to manually enter it as a note.
Is the intention to have the sales person go to scheduled call and start prospecting from that area?
Please disregard. I just realized clicking the the Schedule / Logged calls actually does this.
