I’m working with Odoo Community Edition (19) and I have two questions:

1. RTL for panels and menus:
   I want the backend interface and menus to switch to right-to-left (RTL) when a user selects Persian or Arabic. Is there a way to apply this to the entire. ( backend at once, or does it need to be configured separately for each module?
2. Changing fonts for the entire backend:
   I want to change the default font for Persian and Arabic (e.g., Vazirmatn) globally across the backend. Is there a solution to apply this to all sections without modifying each template individually?
