We develop extensions for Odoo very intensively and have about 100 employees in the company who work with it every day.
We would like to set up our input channel for feedbacks or even bug reports optimally, so I am looking for a way that the user can directly submit a bug report / feedback.
When the user makes a report to us, we would like as much information as possible about the user's current situation to be automatically sent to us, since Odoo leaves a lot of dependencies and possibilities open and we ultimately have to invest a lot of time with it to find out.
* What was the user's path to the bug? (Exceptions)
* Current URL of the user
* Screenshot is created automatically?
* What values does Odoo have? (Context, Session Infos etc.)?
