In openerp 7, I created many groups (x,y,z) and I want to create a super group (s) for users who will have all groups' rights. So that a user of group s can do all what users from others groups can do.

Just create a group with dependencies of all the other groups you wanted to include. This way when you assign the group to the user he/she will get all the functionality.
