Hi,

First you need to go to the template 'Rating Page Done'  from Technical -> Views.

Next you need to remove the line highlighted in the image below:

This will remove the 'Go Back To Home' button.

Now, when the user submit the feedback, this will be the page they see.

Next, you need to find the template 'Main Frontend Layout' and add the code shown below to remove the sign in option for public users.
