In my database, we have one top level product that is manufactured. This product is tied to a BOM of type "Manufacture this product." There are re-ordering rules attached to the top-level part, and all of its components.

When components are needed, Odoo will generate an RFQ for those components based on confirmed MOs. Sometime, however, we don't expect to get those components in time for the MO. For some of these components, we have the option to expedite the order at a higher cost. These purchasing options are reflected on the vendor pricelist for each component (the expedited ordering options are listed below the standard ordering options). 

1- Is there a way for Odoo to notify me when we will not be able to complete an MO in time? If we were notified of these cases, we could manually choose to expedite the necessary components.

2-Is there a way for Odoo to automatically decide to generate an RFQ for the expedited purchasing option if it is needed?
