The user has Contact Creation permission
but appear the error
You are not allowed to access 'Fields' (ir.model.fields) records.
This operation is allowed for the following groups:
- Administration/Access Rights
Contact your administrator to request access if necessary.

The error message says that the user does not have access to Fields, and as standard only the admin user has access. So maybe this is a problem in the add-on that is trying to display a list of fields.
