Good day all,


When we try to send a mailing through Email Marketing, the mail gets stuck in the queue without an indication of any problem other than the mail never getting sent from the queue.


By looking at Settings -> Technical | Messages, the only message that gets populated is a System notification with the only reference that this is related to the Email marketing email, an indication under the Tracking Tab indicating the message to revert from Draft to In Queue.  Other than that, nothing seems to happen.

I have an automated action running every 5 minutes to execute python code model.process_email_queue()

We have two databases running on the same server, and bot the database instances behaves the same.

Any assistance will be welcomed.

This issue has been resolved. It turns out that the Scheduled Action -> Mail Marketing: Process Queue's next run time was set in the past, so the mails were never sent.


This problem is therefore solved.
