We have products in the webshop where we sell the same product (physically) including and excluding a certificate. For this we have created an attribute through which the customer can choose to receive the product including or excluding the certificate. The product in stock is of course exclusive of certificate. Is there a standard solution for this in Odoo or an app?

One way of achieving this is through the use of optional products.
Another way could be to have the variant (physical + certificate) as a KIT, this requires the manufacturing app
