Printer EPSON TM-U220D installed and working with windows. but unable to configure in Odoo POS. Can anyone please advise.

Hi,
For the Epson TM-U220D (USB) printer, connect it through an IoT Box or Virtual IoT, as USB models can’t print directly from Odoo.
In CUPS, use a Raw/Generic ESC/POS driver and ensure Odoo’s printer mode is set to Receipt Printer.
If the output shows symbols, switch to ESC* printing mode instead of GS v 0.
You can also try third-party printer bridge modules if you prefer not to use an IoT setup.
