Yes i know that, But when we reaching 2000 point a community hero badges also getting.Because i have read the instruction of community hero badge and there is written clearly. Also i have checked your profile you got a badge 'community hero' ,please explain me for which kind of work you got community hero badge.

Understood, this is not from recent assimilation of XP but from the past when you surpassed 2000.

Would suggest you contact odoo support as they would have the access to the change in points transactions (settings> gamification tools > karma tracking) and be able to manually grant the badge.
