As odoo developer, I'd like to get odoo enterprise code in order to create modules that works perfectly for the clients who use this version of odoo.

Does anyone has an idea about how to get source code of OE , I know it's through licensing, but should i pay every mounth/year in order to have access to the code? Will i have the code for all the apps or just the purchased apps?
