I have setup a chatbot on my website and I have it setup so that when a lead engages it asks for the email and the phone number of that possible lead and it gets injected into the lead record that lives in my CRM.

It feels like a very basic part of any lead generation tool to be able to get the name of your lead, the company that your lead works for and possibly even the website. It seems as though none of this is available with out being charged for custom development... 

Can anyone explain why this functionality would not be included in such a robust system such as Odoo? 

When I asked support I got a very canned response that felt like I was being brushed off. This honestly feels like should be a part of a to tier system...

Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
