I logged a task in Korean + English a week ago. Today, it is showing like "??? ?? ???...". I am using the system on Google Chrome.
Please let me know how this happened and how to prevent it in the future.

The same problem occurred. Is there an official support provided to paying users in Openerp other than this forum?
