Does anyone know if there any issue for running the Enterprise version in a virtual Python environment in CentOS7?

Someone told me that it is not recommended to have Enterprise version running in a virtual Python environment. Would that create issues vs having it installed in a non virtual Python environment?
if you are a coder, you can choose "Enterprise" or "Community"
