I have a cash drawer connected to an Esc/Pos printer (star). I can go into the utility of the printer in windows and in the configuration I added the printer and tested sending the command and it works, the cash drawer opens. But when I went back into odoo pos module and printed a receipt after a sale the cash drawer didn't open.
Any idea why? (I don't have a posbox)
