Can not reach my bank account in Odoo

Question

Hi,
I tried to fetch more transactions in my bank account and constantly receiving this message.

"
Nothing to do here!
No transactions matching your filters were found.
Back to Accounting Dashboard [1] "

Would it be possible to advise me?

I would think that you will find your bank is able to sync. If it wasn't it is possible to get someone to program a separate connector to do the sync but realistically it would be cheaper to hire a person to transpose and manually enter your bank statements daily, weekly or monthly. The bank also needs to be serving out the data in some manner otherwise there is no data to get.
