Hi, so basically I just installed an additional app in Odoo which lead me to agreeing to the 14-days free trial. My question is, once the free trial ends and I don't plan to buy a subscription, will I still be able to use Odoo? My assumption is that the additional app that I installed might be gone and the database I have as well.. but I was just wondering can I still use it like maybe start over from a new database?

Yes after the free trail ends your DB will be closed, you will be able to use Odoo and create a new database.
See the Odoo information once you add a new app which lead to agreeing to 14 days free trail.
After 15 days, you can subscribe or your database will be closed.
Switching from a 15 day trial database back to a free plan is not possible.
