My company is currently in the process of purchasing the custom plan of Odoo Enterprise for 12 users. My question is: in this plan, are all the applications of Odoo available for free? All the regular modules, such as sales and accounting.

The new license system allows all apps. It's a bit more expensive than the last version but gives you so much more.
