i try to make api to check if any user have this number or not * you don't need authentication *
when i log in by user the data return fine
But when clear cache nothing returned how fix this

I use sudo in env search to make data return from database
but it is risk to use it if find any else info me
because when you log in by user the session_id will be stored in cache,
You need authentication ..
