Let's say, I had to public an applicant to customer for them to see the process of recruitment. Customer was allowed to put comment to the applicant. 

So the question is can we limit permission on sending mail to candidate to HR officer only? Customer can comment but that message will not be sent to candidate, can we do that and how?

Does anyone meet this?
