We are currently using Odoo 17 and have added a custom property field to the CRM page. This is a drop-down menu and is working perfectly however we want to import information into that field and the template which has been created within the system is not recognising the property drop-down.

So in other words we can't import the 15,000 odd records which we need to do and attach one of the fields within the property drop-down menus to each of the records.

Could anyone provide some hindsight in the best way of dealing with this as it is currently hampering our importing efforts.
