You can use this module, https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/13.0/bi_pos_import_sale/

This module helps you to import order and import product from specific sale order or import whole sales order in point of sales system using POS touch screen. After installing this modules you can see all the created quotation and sales order in pos screen using import order button you can easily import specific order as point of sales order.  

 1) Load only Draft/Sent Sale Orders in that only draft/sent state sale Orders will be loaded in POS and 

2) Cancel Sale Order after Import in that cancelled imported sale order.

One way could be to settle sales orders through PoS by linking the quotation/ sales order

thanks for your answer but my database is  version 13 which doesn't support that link between pos and sales modules, otherwise if you could help me to get this integration module in my version
