Hi,

We are working in Odoo version 13. 

When we successfully create a transfer/delivery from our warehouse to a virtual location with the location type "Inventory loss" our product does not appear to have been delivered on the sales order. And we cannot change it manually on the sales order line afterwards.

Any idea why this happens? Or even better; how can we overcome this problem?

Hi,
Delivered qty is computed based on the customer location. If the type of destination location is customer, the delivered qty will be showing in SOL.
