i am creating a record rule from Technical -> Record Rule and by mistake i used wrong quotation marks, i saved and reload, now i can't access as browser throws below error: unable to resolve it, how i can now correct my mistake? 

i am using incognito mode of Chrome browser. i restarted odoo service, login again but still it is showing same as above screenshot.

please help to overcome.

Since restarting the Odoo service and logging in again hasn’t resolved it, you might need to access the database directly to correct this.

Do you have access to the Odoo database or are you working in a hosted environment? If you can access the database, you might need to correct the syntax error in the record rule directly in the database.

if you have a backup of the database before making the change, restoring it could also resolve the issue.

thank you, modified as advice from pgAdmin and it works now.
