I require to create a record under a PAYMENT model after a TASK is updated from being DONE to  a status of PAYMENT. A payment record is created based on an update on my tasks model but it’s an empty record without any details. 

The selection of field allows me to select a particular task only eg. webdesign or software etc. and that too limited to one particular job under that task. 
How can I automate it as such that any task when updated creates a record on the payment model with the required fields?
