Enterprise subscription and maintenance users (odoo 14)

Question

Hello community,
we use odoo 14 with enterprise subscription. Our subscription covers x users.
Is it possible to add x+1 or x+2 maintenance users? For instance, we pay for 3 users, can we grant access to additional 1-2 users for system maintenances and consultation services?
How does your system admin accesses odoo? How does an external consultant access odoo? Do we really have to pay additional fees for every single user even if this user does not productively use odoo but just maintains it or

The amount depends up on the number of users and the modules you opt for the instance. There is no option for maintenance user. All internal user will be charged. Remote share your screen with administrator rights user to work with your support person.
