EJM, a major player in the production of detergents and cleaning products in Tunisia, faced challenges in managing its production, inventory, and distribution processes. The lack of integration between existing systems led to inefficiencies in order tracking, production delays, and inventory management errors.

With odoo, we implemented a custom ERP solution that integrated production management, inventory control, and order tracking into a single platform. odoo’s features enabled real-time inventory management, automated production workflows, and optimized distribution processes, allowing EJM to improve productivity, reduce errors, and deliver better service to its customers more efficiently.
