but i don't know when the unassigned lead will be assigned automatically to salesperson or salesteam? what trigger?

it is a cron which Trigger the assignation !
First step, scoring lead
first step, assigné to saleteam
second step, assign to saleman
you can define score to filter the best lead
you çan specific domain / Max lead by month / min score by saleteam and by saleman
thank, i don't know cron before, i found it in Setting-->Automation-->Scheduled Actions
