Good morning, 

I'm desinging my website and I don't like the default blocks, so I would like to know if it's possible to design my website using HTML/CSS and how to add that code in my localhost by pycharm or VS. 

I know I can add my code from "Edit from HTML/CSS/JS" but I'm not sure if it's a good way to do it because there's a note " Editing a built-in file through this editor is not advised, as it will prevent it from being updated during future App upgrades "

notes: I'm using odoo 14 on my windows pc (not linux).
