Which is the format to import a date field from a text file? I tried both DD-MM-YYYY and YYYY-MM-DD and it always gives me the error 'unconverted data remains: 2010-08-03' or 'unconverted data remains: 03-08-2010'

I posted another version because I was searching for datetime & import...
