Hi, i recently migrated from odoo 12 community to odoo 16 community and then tried and failed to upgrade to odoo 17.

I did experiment with odoo 17 with a empty database and possibly activated peppol there.
The odoo 17 virtual machine crashed when reattempting to migrate the odoo 16 database.
Last week i noticed that openupgrade was ready for odoo 17 for all modules i'm using so i tried again, succesfully now.
The only problem i'm having is activating peppol to receive invoices because i'm getting the error "There is allready someone with this info registered on the network".
When I enter 0 or 1 as the migration key it continues to verify the phonenumber but stays as pending for several days.
Anyone know how i can deregister and reregister without having access to the old database?
Or how to contact odoo support to do this since i can't create a ticket without a subscription?

Everything works now.

Only way to fix peppol problems is go through support at the moment.
I was told they are working on a tool to do it yourself, but it's not ready yet.
