Hello,

I'm having problem with send email button in contact form. I've correctly configured outgoing email server but when I click on the button to send email nothing happens. There is a mailto link and everything but it's just there and does nothing. 

If anyone could help me i would really appreciate that. I'm using Odoo 16 Enterprise.

Hi, 

You can go to Settings >> Technical >> Emails menu.

If it failed there you can see that email there with Failure reason.
