I am trying to remove all Mailing options for an User in OpenERP.
Can anybody help me to resolve this issue by changing Configuration Settings or Technical Settings in OpenERP. I am not trying to do any Code changes.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you mean you want disallow only for one user , or for all?
If you don't configure anything, no email will be exchanged!
