Hi!, i use enterprise version V16, and i use chrome browser.

- it is possible but only with a mouse connected, set-up extend display, and drag to the second display, it was working to display shop bag on the (second display),..but when i restart the PC and again access chrome, need to repeat the process to worck.

- is not possible (if don't have a mouse), 

We dont have any keyboard or mouse to move it.

To open the customer-facing screen on a separate monitor, you will need to configure your computer's display settings to extend the desktop across two screens.

Once you have extended your desktop, you can drag the customer-facing screen to the second monitor.

To do this, follow these steps:

Right-click on the desktop and select "Display settings" (Windows) or "System Preferences > Displays" (Mac).
Scroll down to the "Multiple displays" section and select "Extend desktop" (Windows) or "Arrangement" (Mac).
Make sure that your second monitor is detected and set up correctly.
Open the Odoo POS system and click the "Client Screen" button.
Drag the customer-facing screen to the second monitor.

Once you have moved the customer-facing screen to the second monitor, it should remain there whenever you open it.
