When we change the language to arabic and select the date from the datepicker then the month names are proper in the picker. If the same record we group in the list view based on the date field its showing a different value.

I checked here addons/web/static/lib/moment/local/ar.js and changed but its not affecting .

how to handle  this transalation. 

to reporduce we can check in the journal entries list view and group by date.
