I have an SMS and Email automation that triggers when users submit a form.
It's configured to send an SMS and Email to confirm the form submission.
The form works and the Automation shows the user in the automation.
But neither SMS nor the Email gets sent.
When I test and send the SMS and Email it works.
Help?!!!
