When I tell Odoo to "Print" the invoice it does not show the "Item, Description, Quantity, Unit Price, Taxes, and Amount" information. The PDF will have all the information related to the company and the Subtotal and any payments made towards the invoice.
Does anyone know how to fix this to show the Item and Description information?
We have been using Odoo for several years and this is the first time this has happened.

Is it happening with all the invoice or only particular invoice, if not checked, try creating a draft invoice and print it and see its okay. If this is coming correctly, navigate to Reports menu under settings -> technical in debug mode and search and open your report.
If reload from attachment is ticked, untick this and print report and see if it makes any diff.
If still there is no progress, you can click on Qweb View smart buttons in the report and see it the written view arch is fine. Also as of now we are not sure, which odoo version and what sort of customization you have in system. Also not sure if some one changed anything recently.
You can do one thing, you can get in touch with your support partner/tech team and ask to do a quick check to trace the same.

I am not sure what you mean by "check the report." We have not made any changes to the coding or apps.
Here is what it looks like after we "Print" the invoice and convert it to a PDF. Everything else shows up just fine in the program though.

You need to check the report before like if you have any changes and if the loop on the item still exist because if everything is right you should not have this kind of problem,
If you can check the report on odoo and give us a screen shot to check it with you it would be greate.

Hello Niyas,
I did uncheck the Reload From Attachment box, but it did not fix anything. You did remind me that we are using a custom invoice template skin. I removed the template skin and that fixed the problem. Thank you!
