Is it possible to create shipping notes in the billing module and charge only one per month?
Hi,
It is possible to create shipping notes in Odoo for each delivery while charging the customer only once per month. By default, shipping notes (delivery orders) are part of stock operations, and invoices can be generated from either the sales order or the deliveries. To charge monthly, you can configure the sales order to use a monthly invoicing policy, such as “Invoiceable on Time or Period” or set up a subscription with a monthly recurring invoice. This way, multiple shipping notes can be created and processed for logistics purposes, but the customer receives a single consolidated invoice at the end of the month. Alternatively, you can manually consolidate all deliveries into one invoice at month-end. This approach ensures that stock valuation and accounting entries are recorded when deliveries occur, while invoicing is deferred and consolidated for billing convenience.
Hope it helps.

"Billing" is not a question. A question is a substantial phrase that ends with "?"
We get close to 1,000 posts a month and not everyone will open a post to find out what your question is.
I have edited your post to make the title a question.
In the future, please consider (1) using a Question that makes it clear what you ask without requiring people to open your post and (2) adding Tags. This will often increase the chances people will respond and also make everything clearer for others who may come along later searching for the same thing.
Failing that, you can paste your future posts into an AI Chatbot and ask it to "please generate a question of no more than 16 words that summarizes what I am asking" and use that as your question.
