is it possible to call a html file (native one ) from odoo controller ( not on website but on the odoo application)

"odoo controller" is not a question. I have edited your post to make the title a question. @Tadeusz Jan Karpiński sorry couldn't comment ur reply (no enough karma ) so here is more explanation on what i want to do, i have an index file with html in it and i want to knew if can call that html file using odoo controllers or any other method so i can display it content on odoo app
